Privacy policy
Les Perles de Founex is committed to respecting the privacy of its visitors. This policy transparently describes the data processed on this site and the means implemented to protect it. It complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, Switzerland) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU).
No cookies, no trackers
This site places no non-essential cookies in your browser. It uses no audience analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible or others), no advertising pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads), no third-party trackers. No cookie banner is therefore required.
Contact forms
The forms on the site (launch registration, brochure request, viewing request) use
the mailto: protocol: when you send a message, your own email client
opens with a pre-filled message that you choose (or not) to send. No data is
transmitted or stored by the server that hosts this site.
The messages you send are received by Rémi Désert (RISSIM) at the mailbox rd@rissim.ch. They are processed confidentially as part of the commercial qualification of the project, and are never passed on to third parties without your consent.
Connection logs
For security reasons (intrusion prevention, technical diagnostics), the web server temporarily records incoming connections: date, time, IP address, page viewed, browser type. These logs are kept for a maximum of 7 days, then deleted automatically. They are never cross-referenced with other databases and are not subject to any analytical processing.
Fonts
The site loads the Cormorant Garamond, Outfit and JetBrains Mono typefaces from the Google Fonts service. This loading involves a request to Google's servers; no cookie is placed through it, but your IP address is technically visible to Google at the time of loading. To avoid this, you can use a blocking extension or temporarily disable JavaScript; the site remains readable with fallback system fonts.
Your rights
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection regarding the data you may have provided to us by email. To exercise these rights, write to rd@rissim.ch.
